They wouldn't even call to warn insulin was rejected by my insurance, when I gave them 2wks to fill and sort it out before insurance was canceled. The lady rolled her eyes, and had an attitude instead of helping. She didn't think them rejecting insulin would be a problem.. lady, are you even aware what insulin does? Its meant to keep diabetics alive!I don't have time to figure out where it's gonna come from when its out, that's why the doctor and I planned it out, so i don't go without. Think I have an attitude now? Wait till I'm in the hospital with high blood sugar, then come back at me..she gave me 6 forms to fill out, which takes minimum 2 weeks to get help once snail mailed.. Seriously, go anywhere else but this place for prescriptions..Very unprofessional and lacks common med use knowledge.

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life! The pharmacist for some reason feels it’s acceptable to be condescending and dismissive. Not only was she unprofessional she has attempted to place blame on me for HER mistake. I would like to see if she has made notes on my account and speak to someone about her behavior. For whatever the reason she also feels it’s appropriate to tell ME what medications I need and stated she has had two refills for a month now. She called me twice at home and told me to send someone to pick up the scripts, and that I have caused problems with the insurance. (News to me AND them)

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to!!!! They have poor customer service. Bad attitude and the staff should all be fired.

Was good until they switched to Beaumont.... Now it's terrible!!
