Bob, Kara, and especially Michelle are extremely friendly, professional, and understanding. Their knowledge and care really helped me with my situation. Michelle is wonderful and cheerful at the front desk. Kara is super at the support and training she puts you through. Bob, with his experience, has made the whole ordeal better than expected. Bob's expertise really comes through with the routines and care.

I highly recommend this location for physical therapy the therapists Kara and Bob are amazing and they are great at their job and make you feel welcomed and let’s not forget Michelle at the front desk awesome as well..thanks for your help and service!!

I would tell everyone I know to go to this site for their rehabilitation. Bob and Kara are phenomenal people with the needed knowledge to help you recover, and become a new you! I felt so comfortable here, almost like a family. I really enjoyed the way Bob and Kara interacted with me. They understood the pain I was in and knew exactly how far they could push me. I had a total knee replacement, and Bob and Kara were the correct answer to my knee becoming normal again. Thank you to both of them!

I had results after the first visit. Kara was amazing and taught me a lot! I didn’t really believe in physical therapy until I went to nova. The entire staff is so nice and positive and the place is really clean.

Today was my last day of physical therapy. From the beginning of my therapy until today my experience was enjoyable. I know that sounds weird. My therapist made it enjoyable. Kara Rudis and Bob were a pleasure to work with. Michelle and Lynne are the first point of contact and the two of them were friendly. Customer service is so hard now a days. But they all proved that good customer service still exists. I would definitely come back as well as recommend family and friends. Thanks again for everything!

Bob and Kara are both wonderful physical therapists. I fractured my foot about 6 weeks ago and I'm about 80% back to normal. Between the hands on treatment and home exercises, I could not be any happier with my results. I would recommend NovaCare to my family and friends. The front desk was also so helpful! She checked my insurance, got my paperwork together and made the whole check in process really easy.

I started physical therapy because of chronic, daily neck pain that was limiting my daily life for almost 7 years. It felt like someone put my neck in a vise grip. After a few weeks with NovaCare I could not believe the difference! I feel like an entirely different person. I'm able to work, walk, drive, EVERYTHING without the worry that my neck pain would derail my day. Everyone here was so informative and supportive and made my sessions worth it. Thank you so much!
