Recieved a pedi and two mths later I have no toenails. Fungal infection so bad I can't believe it. Beware dont go there on everything I love. If anyone else experienced infections, please inbox me.

I wish i could give 0 stars. I came on Friday (FOUR DAYS AGO), and my nails already look worse than when i left. The man who did my nails wouldn’t make them shorter, my acrylic is bumpy, the polish is uneven, and it’s chipping on all of my fingers. And the fact that 4 of my fingers were nicked in the process resulting in me bleeding? We called and were told I could get a refund and now they’re saying I can’t receive one. I’ve had acrylics on for 4 months now and this is hands down the worst set I’ve ever gotten, and the rudest service i’ve received. I will not be returning.

They finally lost me. Peter just finished doing my nails. Let me pick the initial acrylic color but made me do ombre nails with a marble nail. I wanted gold accents or gems but he wouldn't listen and did what he wanted. Charged $105 for a fill in. I truly don't like these nails. It would have been okay without the gems, but he didn't let me choose.

This business does have some talented nail technicians, but they have a horrific business practice. I am not sure why a nail technician feels compelled to not only keep what they are paid, but keep the change that should be returned to the customer without their permission. There used to be a time that the conscious of a customer was the dictating factor on whether someone was tipped, and not being asked by the person who is providing a service. This is a subtle form of disrespect and should be ceased immediately, because it creates an environment where some customers will feel very uncomfortable about saying they don't want to tip and that should not be the business model for any business. Just a message to the owner. Direct your staff to "STOP" asking for tips and return what is due to the customer. You are disrespecting and disregarding your customers ability to make a decision that is not prompted by pressure tactics.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! I left with acrylic all over my fingers, Nails that are falling off and cuts on my fingers. There's more acrylic on my hand than there is on my nail. Then they charged me a $105 for a pedicure, and the worst set of nails that I've ever gotten in my life. Save your money! This place is unsanitary. And they just let anybody in here do your nails because they're so busy.

This older lady that works there messed up my eyebrows. I actually even came back and she did nothing about it and neither did anyone else. One of my eyebrows were bigger than the other. I use to love coming here but after that I stopped because they played in my face. I never had any issues before this.

Do not sleep on the girl in the 2nd seat from the door. My nails have never been more structural strong and gorgeous. She paid attention to every fine detail like she was putting them on her own hands. My coffins are even in every aspect my nails look straighter the. Anyone has on my crooked fingers perfect thickness and smooth no bubbles I always get My nails done and find a flaw I can’t find one thing to knit pick about these! So in love.

I've been here 3 times, and each time has been worse than the last. Between rude techs who insult your hands and nails, on top of trying to insist you get extra stuff done, the work is rushed. I've had a different tech each time, and this was the last time. With their prices I'd expect better service. Won't be coming back again

Staff now demands that you use polish that's instant dry (shellac), $15 more and wont take no for an answer. Most the staff tells me what the tip is and they want to add it to cc before signing. Been going 20 years, I avoid it now
