A few months ago I woulda given this place a negative rating. But since Amanda has come things have really changed! I love her as a manager and she's just an awesome person with an awesome personality. Everyone I talk to loves her and don't wanna see her leave!

Love my little rental. The front of the park is fine. Not sure what goes on in the back. I haven't had any incidents or seen any police in the community as of yet. Very quiet community.
