“Seriously, such a nice guy! Came in here panicking bc I'm a dumbass and put a new Sim card in all types of crazy into my phone. It was absolutely stuck.
Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. I was having such a shit day all around, and it really helped my faith in the universe. Thanks, Nash!”

I come here for my wireless needs first even when there may be a bit of a wait it's worth it because you are getting thorough service done right and accuracy and politeness over swiftness is always best. They will always let you know what's the best for your budget, help how they can and if it's something they don't have carry let you know if they know of anything else that will do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”
