If you’re looking for solid 11/10 work on your automobile that requires body work and electrical Midwest Collision in Westland is the best option out there, period.When we were involved in an accident in middle December (Front to rear end collision at ~45 mph [Someone stopped on a freeway on ramp as we were trying to merge into traffic]), I had to figure out where to send our car so the tow could properly drop it off at a location that would repair our car. The first location I called said they would not be able to help for 3 months. The second place I called said we can’t help for at least a month. I know that in winter there are a lot of accidents but those times are ridiculous and how can you expect good service when your car isn’t even looked at for more than a month. When I called Midwest Collision and Sam picked up, he made my day. I asked him when he would be able to work on the vehicle and he said as soon as it was dropped off. Music to my ears and some much-needed calm during a stressful situation.In addition to being amazingly quick, he also helped us keep our insurance company honest as well. The adjuster the insurance sent out to look at the car never showed up, and through the information that Sam and Ali at Midwest Collision gave to us, we were able to inform our insurer that no one had been out to see the vehicle and it was delaying the repairs. The insurer fired the adjuster and we were able to get a new one sent out, but it delayed our auto report until after Christmas. I was worried that we would be running up against time with our rental, but Midwest Collision made sure every repair was completed quickly and properly, and we were able to get our car before our 30-day grace period with the rental was exhausted, preventing us from having to spend even more money out of pocket.I wish it wasn’t snowing out right now so I could take pictures for comparison, but just know that it looks like it just rolled off the lot the day we picked it up. Nay we also added OEM Aftermarket headlights that were also replaced. Just absolutely amazing quality work. The interior was cleaner than we had ever seen and it was a joy to get to shake hands with Ali and Sam when we picked it up yesterday. I will never not recommend them to everyone I know. So please read this review and know this is a satisfied customer. It's nice to have a home where I know that I can send my car and have it treated like it was their own.

First time bringing my car to Midwest and so glad I did. Not only did they do an awesome job repairing the damage to my car, but for a great price and everyone is so professional and great to talk to. The damaged part of my car looks brand new. They definitely took care of my car and I, they did an awesome job and I will be trusting them if I ever need more work done again in the future.Services: Painting

This is the best mechanic in Michigan. I was referred to him by a trusted source and I will never use another mechanic ever again. He’s consistently offered the best price and best service. Good mechanics are hard to come by and when you find one with integrity you hold onto them for dear life!! He is always kind, answers all of my questions in a way that I understand, and never makes me get what I don’t need. They also perform amazing body work. I brought a car that was completely smashed on the passenger side and had sat outside for 2 whole winter months and he got it back to me quickly looking brand new for a fraction of the price of other estimates I’ve received. He’s always been so fair and genuine. I cannot recommend him enough!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I had a pretty sizable dent in my rocker panel,And I was pretty distraught about some of the prices I got around town. So I went in and talked to the guys and we came up with a plan. so I gave them my car first monday morn...And got it back midday wedensday...And it looks fabulous!!!! I reccomend them hands DOWN!!!!!

Dooooo not recommended, alcoholic as a worker, the owner didn't have the courage to sit down and talk and understand his garbage work his workers had done, Dawg shii work honestly I can't believe what I seen they should be a construction site from how many screws I have in my vehicle

Not responsible I seen how they treated customer cars and the customers, be aware they would've give receipts or the estimate paper to the customer they most likely are hiding money from the IRS I got threats for asking for a receipt after we made a deal I will upload the messages also

I have a corvette that they completely treated like garbage I have photos to upload to show how garbage there work is and wouldn't provide me with a receipt, I've spoken to couple lawyers so hopefully I can show the court how badly they did me half my parts were in the garbage can and my other parts were under a whole bunch of scrap metal an the same day they asked me to get bumper brackets they put dry wall screws also he just thru my brackets in the back apparently dry wall screws are the new way after paying 6 F****** thousand dollars. Beyond terrible wouldn't provide me w an estimate after we spoke pictures and photos coming very shortly of there terrible work also more reviews from people that have came here also please be aware please moe Al & Hassan hajjjhassan
