It’s bad customer service and they’re not honest with the hours they say closing Sunday at 6 o’clock when I be there around 5:10 they close the door and I try lock the door the answer and I see them on side that after I drive 30 minutes to this store

Actually this store deserves no stars. Staff clearly don't know what they're doing. Three workers could not figure out a screen protector. Satisfactory reviews were obviously entered by employees and not by anyone who was actually serviced there.

Took over two hours for a simple phone swap to a new iPhone for a sim card, and the manager on site still had the audacity to charge me $25 service fee since their website is down for free from home. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays I guess.

Tried calling customer service to set up my new iPhone and they messed it up. Ended up having to come to the store and their employee Karnesha spent over an hour fixing it. She went above and beyond to help me out. Great employee and store. Thank you for your help!!! Do not waste your time calling the metropcs number, just go to this store and they can help you.

Stopped by the westland location to look at a new phone and 5g upgrade. Possibly home internet. I could not have been made to feel more insignificantI'll never go into this location ever again.I've only been a Metro customer for nearly twenty years. Means nothing.

Walked in today and asked a simple question the blk girl working in there obviously don't like her job she didnt want to do her job and lied about the out the door price... she tacked on an extra 300 to a phone price... she probably wanted to pocket it... just ghetto.. i went to another store and received great customer service

If I could give negative stars I would! Complete con jobs! I was told if I added two lines to my plan the bill would be lower and those phones would be free and I could "sell them for $400 each". Well after $140 INCREASE in my bill I find out not only was that a complete lie but there's no fixing it. On top of that they knew I wouldn't be using those phone and added ever bell and whistle to each of those lines. BEWARE of these scam artists! Double and triple check ANYTHING they tell you!!!! Criminals!!!

Lied to me about some promotion that they were supposed to have when I called. Told me to come in on the 21st. Well I went there nothing was on sale huge disappointment and waste of my time.

Omair and Jason was very helpful!! It feels good to walk into a place and actually feel like the person that’s taking care of you knows exactly what they’re doing! I would definitely recommend this place for all your Metro PCS needs!!
