First off the customer service is through the roof, the whole team is amazing. They have they best high quality fabric/ material at a affordable price! You all better stop sleeping on LEVELS, the slumber party is definitely over for me, I'm a true believer!!!!!! I would post a photo of my fit but I can't have no one matching my fly, and stepping into the store, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED............ PEACE AND LOVE!!!

Me laughing at the negative comments for years ago saying this spot wouldn’t last.. them comments didn’t age well..I have 70% of this stores inventory in my collection and my social media post go up every time I post and I haven’t had to spend a bag not 1 time…I just bought every jacket since December

Al from Levels is the best. He gave me good deals on all the nice clothes. He saw that my kid was on the honor roll and gave us free joggers. He also was very approachable and dressed respectable.

Workers there have horrible attitudes. I went in to look around and intended on buying a jersey. When i came in I noticed a worker laying all over the desk unenthusiastic and didn't bother to greet me. So i spoke and said," Hi, i am just looking sir" and he said, "Huh... yeah i know". Definitely took my business elsewhere. Btw store is trash with trash sounding music, no variety at all.

I love this store. On many Levels. In the Sleepy crumbling relic of a mall known as Westland is this little boutique style store with stuff for kids and teens and young people. It's expensive and I mean some of it is realllllly expensive and the customer service struck me as being particularly nonchalant and disinterested. Definitely not the highlight of the Mall for us.

This store is great for those who care about name brands, if you care about good names and want them cheaper than most places come here. The owner is great and will always knock off of sticker prices(even sales prices),I had a $437 bill and paid $210 out the door. So if you don't care about name brands then stay away, But if names matter to you and you want them at a good price, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!
