Pickup order. I placed an online order today scheduled for 12 pm to 1 pm, and I had to cancel my order because I waited for almost two hours with no updates from the store. I will NEVER use this location again! This was not the first time this happened, but it will be the last time for me I will not use them anymore. Just to be clear, ZERO STARS. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!! P.s. some of the laziest ppl you will ever encounter work at this location. Avoid at all costs.

The black woman running the uscan by the service desk at 4pm on Thursday 6/13 IDd me for my alcohol purchase at us can and then maybe two minutes later accused me of stealing the liquor amd completely forgot that she had came over to check my ID just moments ago. The security guard had no clue either l.No apology. Don't let your uscan attendants do drugs. If you're going to enforce loss prevention you have to pay attention. Kroger lost a high dollar customer today.

Close early and lines always long. Also when you enter the store it always smells terrible near bottle return. I always go out of my way to go to the one on Middlebelt and Warren instead.

Store is clean, employees are friendly however there is never any lanes open or enough baggers. They open at 6 a lane doesn't open until are 8 or later and usually only 2 or 3 lanes are open no matter how busy they are your better off taking a cart full through the u scan

The bottle return is always breaking when I have to return bottles there and when you goto get someone it takes over 20 minutes each time just to fix the machine jamming. When to cash in lotto tickets today the the desk the woman seen me get up there didn't say anything and just walked into the back office behind the counter and 10 minutes later of waiting the lady at the uscan said it was closed and the fact the woman didn't say that is wild. Yes there were signs saying the desk was closed the red ones butttt they are always kept up on the desk even when they are open. Just a nad kroger I hope they shut this one down.

The customer service is horrible. I was told I had to pay up front for a sheet cake order which I’ve never done before and I order cake every year for bday. The bakery lady was nasty and rude told me to go find somewhere else if I don’t have money to pay. Save your time and go to another location!

I asked 5 different store associates where the chips and pretzels were because the store is confusing. Their response "idk", they don't have a pharmacy and don't carry otc diabetic supplies. TERRIBLE STORE
