Fish counter had no set schedule and when I arrived at 2 pm on Friday 7/22 the fish had already been taken up by the two employees there who were counting and weighing the fish and told me they would be with me and then 15 minutes later told me they did not have what I initially asked them about. People leave carts all over the parking lot because the cart house things are too far. When it's freezing outside people don't walk to them.
