I had to change my pharmacy to here since my rite-aid closed. I am a medical assistant in the medical field so I completely understand e-scripts and how they are sent. I was given a script for anxiety; hydroxyzine. Luckily, because of my education and experience in the medical field, I understand this medication is typically given for itching. HOWEVER- I was given this medication for anxiety. I was told by my PCP how to use this medication for my anxiety, however, when I picked up the script from the pharmacy, the sig was absolutely incorrect. The sig said “use every 6 hours as needed for itching” as if my diagnosis was Pruritis, but it wasn’t. My diagnosis was anxiety and the instructions on how to use the medicine was completely incorrect. My doctor wrote an exact sig on how to use this medication for ANXIETY but when I received the medication, the sig was instructions for itching. The sig was changed, which I find common, as I have been working in this field as a medical assistant for 11 years, I find pharmacies change sigs for scripts often to prevent more work. There should be no reason anyone at the pharmacy should alter our prescription medication instructions/sig, yet I have seen this several times. It only makes things confusing for the patients and induces more patient phone calls to the office, for questions that could have been avoided if proper rx instructions were given to the patient as originally expected. Please
Stop changing the instructions on how to use our medications as there can be several different indications on how to use meds. Not every medication is used the same.

I recently had my medication's transfered to this pharmacy but for some reason they want me to pay for something I normally received for free in the past, I would not recommend going to this pharmacy due to this strange overcharge.. along with having ordered my meds a week ago and only half of them were ready for pickup, I've now been going through withdrawal waiting for this pharmacy to fill my damn prescription!

This place really isn't worth the one star but that the lowest rating allowed. So a few gripes I have here. One is the customers ability and acess to dropping of and picking up medications. The drive thru seems closed more then they are open. That means you have to travel inside Kroger's store. Simple enough right? Nope due to the store being paranoid everyone is a their. They seal of certain doors and entrances. It's hard for the elderly to walk around and jump thru hoops to get to a pharmacy that's semi-deep within the store. Now the gripe #2. I dropped off 3 meds and were able to get 2 of them with a little wait time. The third one would take 3 days to get. Was promised Monday. Well that came and went as did Wednesday the new day it was promised to me. It took till Friday to finally arrive. I came in to pickup the medication and was informed the price was $25. Even though I had already paid the copay. After explaining and finally able to get them to check the system they kept refusing to check. I was on my way. Going out of the store was just as painful was entry was. This time going through the self checkout area and then being stopped and questioned about my purchase. Look I paid, I didn't steal and no I should have to prove myself to anyone. The whole situation was an aggravation. Do better Kroger's Pharmacy and store. Do better.

Immediately fill my prescriptions. Zero wait time typically, easy to use prescription app included right within the Kroger shopping app, convenient refill pickup while grocery shopping, made it super easy for flu shot as well as the Shingles vaccines I received this Fall.*Also has a drive thru.

I have been shopping at this store for the last 11 years. lately we have been having an issues with the security guard up at this store. harassing our family follows us around the whole store we have never stoled or caused a problem up there. we are a biracial family the security guard is white we told the managers multiple times nothing was done. today we was escorted out with our children for no reason the cops threaten us to go to jail we asked what we did. they could not provided any information just stated they got a call and stated we was trespassing. never had a court date or paperwork stating we could not go there any longer. I am sueing Kroger and the security company that employs that man for racial harassment if this has happened to anyone else please let me know

The parking lot can be difficult to get in when heading east. It requires a Michigan left (where you pass the intersection, go to a crossover, make a left, head back the way you came and make a right). Exiting is difficult because of the locations onto a busy road and state highway. Be careful. Store is clean. Workers do their tasks perfunctorily. The place is kept generally clean and orderly. It is a blast of merchandising when you enter. They offer at least 12 different types of olives in the delicatessen area. I don't think I need that many olives but it is nice to know if an event that comes up at which nearly every olive variety would be de riguer that I will be set. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and brightly colored. Watch the apples as they may look delicious but if they are forced they will be very hard a very long while. Their cold cuts collection is fine. I don't appreciate the extensive liquor marketing but that's my personal taste in a supermarket.

It's close to home, has a drive up window for when you are too sick to go in and has WAY better service than Walgreens down the street. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Their behavior was very unprofessional and they were unnecessarily rude when I barely said 2 words to them. The one lady asked my up to the counter so the pharmacist could talk to me about my script and then he told me to sit down he's working. I give them one star for having my script ready in 30 minutes, but that's about all.
