There should be some kind of notification if your prescription can’t be filled. Many times I’ve refilled through the app and come back to check if it’s ready and my order just isn’t there. If my Dr. needs to be called to order the prescription… tell me that.

I was very sick the day before Thanksgiving and I called pharmacist to see if he could speed up my order. He said give me 30 minutes. In the meantime another prescription came in for me and he caught it right away and had them both waiting for me when I arrived in 30 minutes. This is why I choose Kroger pharmacy. This man is truly an asset to you who cares. Even when he was extremely busy with orders, he helped me. Thank you so much!!!

2 stars cause most of the techs are super nice. One of them is very rude though. I'm not 100% sure how pharmacys work but they tried charging me $60 for off brand duloxetine WITH insurance and apparently goodrx. But I checked goodrx and it was nor supposed to be that expensive. I transferred to meijer and pay 86 cents. They should not be able to rob people like that. Healthcare in America is sickening

I really like this Krogers. I do a lot of curbside service because it's so convenient. The people in the curbside department are always so nice and helpful Cory and Hope are two of the nicest staff working they go above and beyond to get my order perfect. The manager is also very nice and professional.

The staff was great. They were very busy when I was in the store. I thought for a moment sins one was going to crack. But, I waited and it never happened. Great place!

Dear Kroger Hq:It is time to shutter this poor excuse of a store:- The service center is seldom ever open.- At 4pm on a Wednesday, there are zero carts available in the store. They are all outside in the cart corrals.- Poorly stocked- Staff attitudes are ambivalent at best

One of the worst pharmacy around. Every time I called ny meds in 2 days a head of time I go pick them up they are still not ready. I still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to wait for them to get them fill. There excuse is they are short handed but there are 5 people working behind the counter. Plus some of the times I go they have some of the rudest staff working there. We are people to.

Darrell that works in the pharmacy department is so rude. Everytime I go he's always rude even on the phone too. I'm done with this place going to change my pharmacy.

Awful. I go to get a prescription filled they don’t have it (I get it) tech said they will order it for tomorrow. Go back tomorrow the tech says they are “working on it” come back a few hours later.Call to get an update a couple hours later the only tech that actually cares said “oh we actually didn’t order anything. We had a travel pharmacist and they don’t really care about anything”Had I got that info earlier in the day I could have had the prescription moved. This incompetence is affecting people’s health.Whole place is a disaster.

But they will lie to you about when your prescription(s) will be ready or that they have ordered them. I can overlook a lot, but the rudeness of the pharmacists and most all of the people who work there!! Thats when I have to start looking for another pharmacy!! I'll bet alot have left already

Probably the worst pharmacy that I've ever used. I know there's a pandemic now, I also know they are always short of people, maybe Kroger should pay better. But they will lie to you about when your prescription(s) will be ready or that they have ordered them. I can overlook a lot, but the rudeness of the pharmacists and most all of the people who work there!! Thats when I have to start looking for another pharmacy!! I'll bet alot have left already
