Kroger Pharmacy in Westland is staffed with dedicated professionals who help customers lead a healthier life. They offer vaccinations, medicine, and clinical services, including flu shots and the Tdap vaccine. The pharmacists do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer health advice and provide excellent, caring service, even when extremely busy. Convenient online tools make it easy to manage prescriptions. The curbside service is very convenient, with nice and helpful staff who go above and beyond. The manager is nice and professional. Even when the store is very busy, the staff remains great, making it a great place.
There should be some kind of notification if your prescription can’t be filled. Many times I’ve refilled through the app and come back to check if it’s ready and my order just isn’t there. If my Dr. needs to be called to order the prescription… tell me that.
