They were kind and patient and tried to get the phones to transfer before closing time. I appreciate them for helping me so my daughter had a phone for her first sleepover tomorrow night. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds.
