Felicity was a clerk and was awful rude! Started yelling at me in line. Asked for the branch managers information and was given a card and was told that none of the clerks have a boss on site on the weekends. What a joke!

Huntington can you please tell me why you would pick the busiest shopping weekend of the year to shut down your online and mobile app for service maintenance????!!! I got no notification whatsoever now in my instance I wasn't buying Good Friday stuff I was at the grocery store about half an hour ago because I have zero food at my house and me and my three-year-old daughter would have loved to eat but I can't transfer my funds from my savings to my checking because apparently this bank is too incompetent to email text anything a heads up that you guys are going to be servicing maintenance from now until 6 am ! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬
And on top of that it's not even possible to do any transfers or anything via the customer service number on the debit card because that's also closed for service maintenance why would you do that on the busiest shopping weekend of the year and also why would you not give notifications to your customers that is unreal it should be illegal if it's not shame on you guys...Leslie I even drove to one of your ATMs thinking that there might be a way for me to transfer funds from my savings to my checkings that way oh but wait at two of your locations your ATMs don't work what in the world Huntington you guys suck going back to fifth third

There is always a wait in the bank. I go about twice a year but wait in line 20 minutes every time. It's terribly slow.

ATMs never work. Can't deposit because they're usually down or disfunctional. Every Huntington is like this from Clinton Township to Westland can't find any good Huntington. Might have to close my account and switch to a better bank.

Second time I show up to this bank to open an account with my sister only to be told they don't have enough people and be turned away, so we went to a Credit Union and opened an account there and gave them our business and deposited lot of money!

I deposite checks twice a week for work and I go to different Huntingtons around Westland, Canton, Livonia and Allen Park…. This is BY FAR the slowest location. I have NEVER been to this location and waited less than 15 minutes. It’s unreal. I also never write reviews but this location makes me so mad and take SOOO much longer than any other branch, I just had to complain. They need serious help. It seems like they’re extremely short staffed, but even when a staff member is helping a customer they take 20 minutes…

Poor service, always long line inside with one teller working it doesn't matter what day of the week. Outside machine always has problems either out-of service or cheating you out of your cash deposit money. Time to find another bank 🤷🏿♀️🤦🏾♀️

6/28/4 1:pm Never had to wait for drive through this long. Thought I’d make a quick deposit since it was on my way. Waited 15+ minutes and no car has moved. Will also make a complaint to corporate what kind of business is this? Huntington has been great. Never had an issue with any branch except this one

The worst bank ever! They ignore the drive thru, and when they finally take your stuff you still sit there another 15 minutes while they chat with other co-workers. Should be zero stars!

Made an appointment with the branch manager at this location for the following business day and even received an email confirmation of the appointment. Unfortunately, she never even showed up for work that day and I just sat there waiting and no one there said anything and just left me sitting there waiting. I not only lost out on work wages being there, I also lost out on a large interest payment for that day and had to go to another branch the following day to take care of the transaction..
