Back in April I had originally met with Caitlyn and I was very pleased with her and what she had offered me at the time. Yesterday, I had finally had the time to get myself and my fiancé ring situation figured out! Finally gotten my rings with David! He definitely was lifting my spirits up when I didn’t think it was possible. But somehow, the door was opened for me! Thank you all for this experience! Can’t wait to come back and get our upgrades. ❤️

Helzberg had always been my go to company to purchase our fine jewelry. From my wife's engagement ring and 10 year upgrade to our daughters earrings and necklaces. They are always knowledgeable and treat us with the upmost respect. Could not ask for better service or treatment.

I came in to the Westland Helzberg Jewelers today just to look at a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I was not expecting to buy anything today, but with David and Marija’s help, my fiancé and I were able to walk out with our dream wedding bands, at a great price! They were so helpful, friendly, caring and informative throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t want to buy jewelry from anyone else. 10/10 recommend!

What an incredible experience! I came in looking to upgrade my ring. I was helped by two lovely ladies Lisa and Leah who were so patient and kind, but I made a quick decision and wasn’t happy with my ring when I got home. I returned to the store just a few days later and Marija helped me find the perfect ring for me. David was so patient with financing and helping my husband pick out his replacement ring. What a great store and a friendly staff. Everyone we interacted with was great. We will be back! No question!
