Wow! Lisa Orlin is such an amazing Diamond Expert. Her customer service is top tier and energy is just astounding. We were so comfortable selecting our engagement ring for me. I ended up getting 3. I can’t put into words how grateful we are after searching all day for rings. We visited 3 stores and looked at over 12 rings. So happy we ended our search today. Thank you ???✨? 5/5
Update: The repair takes soooooo long and there was no correspondence between the time they sent out rings and no information in between. I couldn’t imagine if we needed the rings within a week, 3 weeks is a long time to wait. They would’ve been back had the store not had internet issues which is extremely disappointing. 3/5 No communication in between all this time is also very disheartening.
