The staff that were there were amazing at what they were doing because I brought like 60 games an hour before closing and they still knocked it out and even help with my problem I had with something I bought

I went to buy a PS5 controller for my husband and it literally took 40 minutes. I understand they are not that busy as far as quantity of customers but, if they need more than one person in the store because he was on the phone working of course but he was overwhelmed. I almost left to go home to order from Amazon.
