Lately the quality of service has rapidly declined. I placed numerous pre orders for amiibo and was never called when they arrived. I went to pick up the day after one was released and they supposedly never received it and I was told to check back in a few days. When I went back 3 days later I was then told all their stock had been sold. When I questioned why my pre order was sold I was simply told well someone must not have checked before selling it, after backtracking on telling me I waited to long to pick up when I didn't.
The pre order I picked up before this was also special. I had to wait 30 minutes as the employee was on break and they shut down the store. While waiting I noticed the employee was sitting in their car smoking, which I quickly discovered was pot when I walked in the store after the employee. I gave the employee my receipt and they went and grabbed my pre order, handed it to me, and told me I was all set. I had only paid the $5 deposit, so I questioned him and told him that. Had I not had a conscience, I could have saved myself $40.
Hindsight is 20:20 because this company has no problem screwing you over, so I guess I won't think twice in the future doing the same. This is not the first time I have had this problem and been told to kick rocks. Neither the store itself nor GameStop corporate will offer store credit or any form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Did not mention that at the time there was a special of buy 2 games get one free didn't find out about it until a friend mention it to us later on. Disappointed with their customer service!
