After the wrong flowers were delivered, I called & received a Replacement . The recipient not knowing I called because I was very disappointed, not receiving what I ordered. The delivery lady was rude demanding the other flowers back.She stepped into her house, unacceptable, & refused to leave until she received the other flowers. Never, Never should a delivery person come into a persons home uninvited!!! Trying to intimidate a person. If there was a problem I (the purchaser) should have been notified. This was supposed to be a thank u surprise, not a rude convention. Beyond disappointed

My husband received flowers from his work for his sister‘s funeral.3/29/24. It was a glass cube with white mums, two roses and two lily blooms. I have never been so disappointed in my life. It looked horrible. The design looked bad. It was supposed to be an all-around arrangement. It was basically one sided and small. They spray-painted the Delphinium, it just looked bad not natural. When I called to complain, the lady on the phone only wanted to argue with me. She never once apologize. If you’re reading this go to another florist.

I only buy flowers from Fay! Not only am I always impressed with the arrangements, but more so the kindness I'm greeted with! It's hard to find good people in any situation these days. Fay is a breathe of fresh air! She has a lot of passion for her job and her customers. And it truly shows.

I needed a beautiful red rose bouquet delivered to my mother ASAP! It was the week after Valentines Day and a lot of stock was low, however I tried this little place close to my mother's house and not only did they deliver within a few hours of my call, but the red roses were stunning and even more amazing, fragrant!! This will be my new "go to" spot for all my flowers!
