Terrible terrible terrible customer service that came from the branch manager herself! People were actually leaving the store because they were tired of waiting, counted 4 before me.. DG hopefully you’ll see this and realize your corp deserves better than Miss manager S at this location.

The worst service I've ever experienced employees so rude store so dirty empty shelves with stock in isles I stop there frequently on my way home from work today was the worst cashier on her phone while checking me out I tried to ask her a question and she told me I was interrupting her call?I will never go back to that store or any dollar general again so sad that one employee can ruin your business

The cashier was no help. When I asked for help with my digital coupon she kept walking away and I kept having to call her back. When I showed her that I had the correct product and the coupon to match she just said "well it didn't take so you want me to cancel the transaction?"
Like no, I wanted help getting it in the system so I could buy my stuff ??

I gave them a 1star because you couldn't give zero. I went there this morning, got what I needed and headed to checkout. The registers had their lights on so I went to the first one. An employee walked up to the register and I said hello. She said nothing, reached around and turned off the light and walked back to the office and started chit-chating with a fellow employee. I have never been treated like that in a store. I left and went somewhere else. I will never go to that store again. That store should be closed and those employees should be fired. That is NOT how you treat customers.

Double check all items rang up. Anything I was bringing up was bringing up if not double three times the price. The manager did absolutely nothing when it was brought to her attention except for run in the little square box in the left corner. When cashier tried to get her assistance to help customer she was nowhere to be found when I let it be known that I had time, and I will wait vocally very loudly, she then came out. The little box walked up to me very aggressive. Just stared at me when I informed her of the issue she got an attitude grabbed an item ring it up seeing what I was talking about went to a little cube grabbed a gun started scanning more items noticed it was the entire rack when she did find one she had an attitude while slapping it in my hand when I asked her if the same thing, but a different color was going to ring up that same price she turned around with her little crazy gun rang it up and handed it back walked away did not say anything not a conversation not an apology not an explanation and nothing for the inconvenience. Absolutely nothing not a care in the world. This store will be closed down very soon. If this manager stays in that position I’ve worked in customer service over 20 years and I guarantee you the way she handled that situation she did not go by procedure. If you’re wondering why the store is losing money it’s because they don’t care about their customers nor the fact that they are false advertising prices by if not double three times the amount that’s not a mistake that’s on purpose

Went in with my wife. The front cashier greeted us and then recognizing my wife yells out how are you doing Taco Bell lady.That is beyond disrespectful. If you recognize someone from their workplace you greet them discreetly not yelling out.They also did not have name tags on. We walked out right away. This is not a mistake. It’s behavior issue and most companies fire you for it.I would like an direct apology from the management or district management. That is the least you can do.he said his name was Alan.I don’t know if it is true or not

The lady with purple hair is the worst Employee i've ever encountered. There was nobody to be found in the store. And I don't know how many people walk out with things in their hands. And then finally we see a lady with purple hair stocking , She refused to go to the register to cash people out. I approach her mentioning how people are in line waiting and she didn't even respond. But what do you expect for a dollar store employee I guess. Sad

Came here grabbed a candle from the clearance rack showed the cashier that this item is clearly on clearance and still wouldn’t give me the clearance price because no item on the clearance rack had a clearance tag on it
