Please do not take your dogs to this place over book people, I took my there for the first time. I took him to his appointment at 10 am, my daughter said when we drop the dog off they sat him a small cage. So about two hours later I went back up there, and my dog was in the same cage looking sad. We got our dog and left. Do not take your dog there. You have been warned.

This place did an excellent job on my dog's Midnights grooming. She is very high energy and has a lot of anxiety. Midnight came out beautifully groomed and smelling great! The owner is super nice and friendly. She does an excellent job!

Absolutely a horrible business! Tremendously bad. Booked an appointment for my dog to get groomed at 2:30 picked my dog up at 5:30 and not a single thing was done. She was left in a cage for 3 hours. Business over books just to get money. They do not care for dogs there at all. Absolutely heartbreaking how they treat dogs there. Wish I could give it negative stars.

Took my puppy Gianna there for her first time. The owner is super friendly and sweet.She gave my puppy a cute glamorous look. Trimmed her fur down. Had her looking and smelling so good. Definitely recommend this place. They treat your dogs like queens and kings. I will definitely be back again soon.

Took my big baby here today for the first time! I cannot say enough good things about how she came out looking. Everything PetSmart won’t do “because it’s not included” or “you have to pay extra” like nail clipping (which is ridiculous) was done by this place. I got my dog when she was 4, two years ago, and I haven’t found a good groomer yet!!! My baby looks great and she groomed her for a great price. I tipped her well. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

1 star because I had made an appointment for 10 a.m. for my dog, he has wirey hair and it gets matted a lot so I knew it would take a bit more time for him. As my fiancee dropped him off, he inquired about my other dog, who just needed to be bathed, nails trimmed and his ears cleaned. They told him to just go back and grab him and bring him in, they had time. After calling at around 3:30 to see if they were done yet (it now being 5 and a half hours later) they said they needed another hour. We waited and went at 4:30. My first dog was being finished up and my second dog hadn't even had his nails trimmed or ears cleaned yet. They clipped the nails used wipes in his ears and seemed like they just wiped him down really quick and sprayed him with perfume to smell as if he'd been bathed. Finally they were done at 5 p.m.For $105 I expected better service. If you knew you were overbooked with dogs, you should have had us make a separate appointment for another day for my second dog, who needed very little done, instead we waited 7 hours for our dogs to be done. So 7 hours they were not fed, and when they came home they guzzled down water. Will not be returning. Really wanted this to be a better experience.
