Tanu Jain is the absolute worst pharmacist I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did she refuse to fill a valid/on-time Rx but she violated my HIPAA and civil rights in the process. Cvs corporate acts like their hands are tied but mine aren't. She can look forward to calls from the ADA, MI Office of Civil Rights as well as LARA/Bureau of Professional Licensing. So to all my one star reviewers on here, smile ? she'll be answering to the government soon.

The worst pharmacist I ever met .. she was rude unprofessional.! If you are looking for a pharmacy this is not the one for you !! ? thanks a lot to the pharmacist who charged my insurance card and ended up closing and not giving me my medicine… “great job really”…. ?

The pharmacist at this location is soooooo rude. The pharmacy techs are usually pleasant but the pharmacist is awful. Every chance she gets to talk down to you or act like you're stupid she takes. After a pharmacy tech talked to me and was assisting me, she made it a point to call me back to talk down to me about what I was asking for assistance. I am transferring my prescriptions just to avoid dealing with her anymore.

I got my covid booster and flu shot at the same time. The fellow who gave me the shots was so nice and so gentle. I had absolutely no soreness afterwards. I will go here for all my vaccines.

This is the 3rd CVS pharmacy I have tried to work with due to bad experiences at other locations. This store turned out to be the worst of the 3. The head pharmacist is absolutely terrible. She is argumentative. She will not admit when she is wrong. Talking to her is impossible. She constantly cuts you off, and doesn’t even try to listen to you. There have been multiple times that my prescription was out of stock and on order for long periods of time. When refills have run out they claimed to have contacted my prescriber for a new one, only to find out they didn’t actually contact anyone. They have given me a one month supply of meds stating that it was 3 months worth. Today I get my limit and had all of my scripts transferred to completely different company. I’m done with CVS.

Went here for covid test, 2 days and still no results. 18-20hrs has been the avg for the 4 people I know who have been tested. None of them went to CVS. Now I recall why I only go to cvs when I have no other choice.

Someone needs to inform the pharmacist that said she orders medications that narcotics can’t be ordered through the mail. It was extremely difficult to understand what she was saying. Thanks lady. Since I get express scripts now, CVS says I must order through express scripts for everything. She’s a fool.

Mostly Everyone in the store is very pleasant. However, the Manager, Kurt, needs to be mindful of his rude and sassy attitude and tone of voice when addressing customers. He also should refrain from asking people who use their employee card “oh what store do you work at?” He has literally asked me that question about 5-6 times. It’s none of his business considering CVS has 300,000 employees within about 15 various companies. I wonder if he ask that question to every single person who card he scans. He also should NOT ask “are you on a leave of absence?” when an employee’s discount card isn’t properly scanning. That TOO is NONE of his business. That was VERY tacky, disrespectful and tasteless!!! And a manager should KNOW better! I hope this isn’t acceptable behavior just because he is a manager. He can be corrected right along with anyone else. Do better!

Whether I am on a LOA or not is NONE of his business. That was extremely distasteful and offensive to ask a customer that question. The employee, Kimberly, witnessed it. I am sure he's taken trainings on what to ask and not ask customers. Apply it & do better!

I was here yesterday and was pleased with the cleanliness and organization. I was able to walk right in and find the children's medicine. I gave 4 stars because the kids med section was near a hallway for the bathrooms and I felt this was cumbersome as browsing leads to blocking the hallway... very odd placement... maybe there's a reason but I felt awkward.I would like to say the two cashiers were great and they were wayyy to patients with the idiots that came through in front of me. One guy was complaining and I guess couldn't wait to race out with his beer... the cashiers held their composure and were still pleasant kiddos to them.

So I just left cvs & the pharmacy just saved me sooo much money my perception was over 300 they got it down to 120 like they don’t understand how grateful I am of these two ladies.. thank you ladies soo much !
