Once again, the new kids at the pharmacy are great… but the older ladiesWho have worked there long enough to understand customer service and sick peopleAnd our old enough to understand not to talk about customers while they’re standing right in front of themThey’re also not know how to say good morning thank you and good night yet they don’tAnd as usual today was no differentNo text message and gossiping behind the counter about customerI suppose because I have cancer they think my ears don’t work or my eyes …but every time I come in there they’re always laughing and googling at me ( jealous, maybe) but regardless It must because I’m a cancer patient or maybe it’s because they don’t know how to do their job properlyEither way the woman in the JibedCannot seem to be pleasant, and cannot seem to send me a message when my medication is refilledOr I get new medicationI’m not a snowflake and I’m not offendedThat’s just their natureBut a lot of your customer service is sufferingAnd you're customer care & serviceOnce again, I’m sure you won’t send me a coupon or I’m sorry or anything like that but I will continue to try to review every time one of these women shows me how little they care about their customers and how they care about cancer or any other diseaseSincerelyLaura Daley Adamczak

Dangerous & irresponsible pharmacy staff! My sleeping pill dose was doubled by what i thought was my doctors office on accident, but i just received a phone call from this location letting me know that it was not a mistake made by my doctor but by their pharmacy! They gave me double my prescribed sleeping pill dose without even so much as mentioning it! I changed doctors because i thought this was my doctors mistake. I came in last weekend to get my prescriptions and they asked for clarification on the dosage- i told them and they gave me the correct dose as well as the double dose AGAIN! The woman who called to let me know the mistake was their responsibility had very little remorse and wrote it off as “ human error” i could’ve overdosed or worse in front of my children had i not noticed that the dose was doubled before i took it. The dose they gave me was 600 MG 1-2 times a day, and anything over 600 MG of said drug in a 24 hour period is considered an overdose!

The pharmacist at this location is heartless and reckless. She was extremely rude and refused to fill my husband’s prescription, even though the doctors office sent a script. My husband has adrenal insufficiency, and it is extremely dangerous for him to not have his medication but she did not care. The store manager who looked like a gay clown had the audacity to come over and act like I was the problem. CVS needs to work on hiring more competent people that actually take pride in their appearance if they want customers to take them seriously. I will not be back at this location and I will make sure none of my family or friends go here either.

I LOVE SEEING HEATHER THERE WHEN IM AT CVS. SHE ALWAY HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE AND HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY. SHE IS THE ONE THAT ALWAYS HELPS ME AT THIS STORE. I SEE HOW CRAZY BUSY IT GETS, AND SHE ALWAYS REMAINS CALM AND GIVES GREAT SERVICE. THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

Picked up one prescription and still had to touch the electronics about 4 times and write my signature 2 times. I'm tired of it!In the future I will try to find a pharmacy that requires nothing more than paying for my prescription.

Went to pick up my sons rx at this location (the only location I use) and was in line WELL BEFORE they closed at 8pm. As I pulled up; Rasheen (sp) started rolling down the shade (7:59 at this point after I had waited in line) and refused to let me get my rx. Went inside and was told she couldn’t take anymore customers because they were closed. What lousy customer service, especially considering I came before closed and you’re dealing with peoples medication.

After all the one-star reviews I can't believe I have to leave another, you think the pharmacist would be replaced she is very rude unprofessional does not know how to talk to you and lie's after my first corporate call things would change nope same old rude pharmacist that plays god I guess someone couldn't cut it at being a doctor so this what we get thanks CVS for always caring about your customers hire a new pharmacist already.....

I'd watch yourself going here to get vaccine. Least double triple check what they are actually giving you. If you got go back you best talk for 20 mins so they are actually clear and on the same page. Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional team at a pharmacy. As the one at Cherry Hill.

I am very disappointed in the behavior and attitude of the pharmacist . I brought my gma today who is 100 years old in for her booster and the way she was talked to and the attitude of the staff was atrocious. She doesn't know how to talk to customers especially showing respect to the elderly.I see and have read a lot of the comments and reviews that others have had with her and that makes no sense at all, everyone cant be making it up or feeling the same way about her. She was snappy and she obviously didn't seem to understand that my gma is a old lady that doesn't see well and needs assistance.I come to this store because it is closer to her and the convince for her, however the rudeness from the staff is what will make me not come to this particular store. if she isn't happy or doesn't like her job or even if she is over whelmed which I am sure she is she shouldn't take it out on others.
