I'm an African American woman whom needed a good safe storage facility in Michigan and when I walked into this business I tell you they were two of the nicest ladies that I've met in 2024 they showed me the storage units that I wanted to see they reassured me of the safety of the Facility and explain everything to me as we went through our contract if you are looking for a good storage facility with good customer service of people who take the time out to treat you as a customer then check this place out it's worth getting a storage unit This facility also gives you a lock at no extra cost and the units are affordable and spacious, luv it

I reserved my units online. When I got in the office Sarah and Vicki made check in seamless and easy, right down to changing my entrance code to what I wanted. When there was a glitch with an entry door they were on site to access the problem and it was fixed the next time I was there. I highly recommend this place.
