Horrible service..! Wish other phone companies were as cheap as cricket. I'd switch. But I'm stuck in my contract.!! There no deals ..no throw ins like shield protector.when I was up for a upgrade, I was told only 50$..turned into 250./to upgrade..?? Not right..you don't lie

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please go to any other cricket store. I was lied to about a promotion and an employee attempted to steal the merchandise in lieu of me paying three months of service in advance. Other locations will offer you better deals. Please shop around before coming into this location.

The worst service next to at&t. This service is complete garbage. There towers are spotty. Dont even get me started on the lies they use to pitch their trash service. Cheap pricing cause that's what there service is, cheap, just like their customer service staff. So I would completely discourage anyone from join this service.

I took my mom there to find a new phone for her. I felt like we got taken good care of although the man who helped us didn't seem to notice that my mom couldn't hear him. He had a low voice and a deep voice and that's not a good range for an 81 year-old lady.

I have been with cricket for over 5 years. They offer multiple plans that can suit single individuals, married couples or even entire family plans! The number one cellphone company that's rated the strongest, safest, quickest, and most least costly????

Their customer service is ridiculous. When I called and asked if they could help me find an account number and transfer pin the man on the phone said, "call customer service.". Then directly after hung up on me. Awful. Even if I'm switching services you be polite and cordial, maybe nicely let someone know that you're busy and ask if they can call customer service instead of just hanging up on somebody. Whoever this guy is should probably not be working with the public.

Chris was awesome! I came in twice, once for my android crashing and I was frazzled, he did a great job assisting with a new SIM card for an older phone, then I came back the next day to purchase my first iPhone and he had it all set up in less than 10 minutes! Chris rocks! <——lol, see what I did there? Ty!
