I sat in the drive thru for over five minutes and when I finally got waited on the teller took the transaction it took another five minutes to complete. All I wanted was a cash withdrawal which should have only took three minutes at the most

I went to this bank drive thru atm to get cash off my card which my card was severely bent out of place and the machine took my card and I was not able to process my transaction my card is a cash app card just to be clear so I went to the drive thru teller and explained to the lady what had just happened to me so she said to me that I would have to come in with my ID and they will give me my card.. and I said ok .. not thinking I would go into a unprofessional environment there was 1 customer in this bank when I walked in I was the second customer to come in I stood in line waiting to be service to the left of me was an African American woman and a white woman and in front of me was a woman being helped by another teller .. first of all I was NOT greeted when I walk into this 5.69 billion dollar company.. who the employees are there to serve customers, instead of greeting me or even at least acknowledging that I was present the white woman walked up to the black woman and had a conversation about why the African American woman did tell her she ordered Jimmy Johns and continued with their pointless unnecessary conversation while I was just standing there unnoticed.. and I was being patient even though my plan was to use the atm and leave to continue with my day.. I had to be held up for their conversation.. finally they were done and the African American lady said to the white woman.. “her (I assumed she was talking about me) card got stuck in the atm” instantly the white woman ask me what kind of card is it? ... I said it’s a cash app card it was pretty bent up so I understand why it took my card .. she then states oh we can not give that card back we have to destroy it if it was our bank card I could give it back. So I said well the lady said if I have my ID I can get my card back she never said we don’t give cash app cards back or anything of how I wouldn’t get my card back.. I don’t know why I was being treated like I was scamming or whatever she assumed I was doing but I work a 9-5 job full time and regardless of what type of card I used at this establishment I should not be treated the way I was treated.. I didn’t have an attitude nor was I being rude I just wanted my card..I am actually a Bank of America customer and I just decided to stop at this establishment to use the atm .. now if I said I had a cash app card what the woman could of done was ask questions about how I do my banking and what things I like about to cash app or whatever bank I bank with to possibly get me to sign up with Comerica .. but no she saw a black woman who was dressed comfortably and had a cash app card stuck in her atm and decided to be rude to.. overall my experience here at the Westland Comerica Bank was unprofessional rude I felt singled out I felt embarrassed I felt that I shouldn’t never came to this establishment.. if there was a 0 to rate this establishment I would definitely give my experience there a zero!!! I would never recommend to my family and friends nor never consider being a customer here..

I have been banking here a long time and always appreciated this location. Recently, I had a few issues on my accounts and Ann was very supportive on resolving my issues. She took the time to alleviate my concerns and called back to make sure everything was correct. Thank you to Ann!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any bank they are offering a promotion in which everyone i spoke to outside of this branch agreed I met the requirements ti receive this promotion but I had to go back to the branch I opened my account with I've had such a hard time getting any help I got an email on the 19th of November that said I was ready to start working towards my reward I opened the account 3 + months ago the teller I met with to proved this email said on audio because at this point I'm ready upset the manager promised to call me herself by the 20th of November in which I had to call them. When I brought up the email the teller told me to bring it because she couldn't see it and would give me her work email to forward it to her so I took it there because of how rude bother GRACE the manager was the previous day the one who personally promised to call me herself and didn't. I set my phone to audio record how I was spoken to by whoever I got to talk to and when I decided to wait to speak to the manager GRACE again before I left the rude teller ANNA REDZOVIC apparently the assistant banking center manager which I just found out from her business card very rude as well wrote on a note to GRACE the manager I was audio recording my experience so GRACE said since I was recording she refused to talk to me. Thank god I recorded my experience with ANNA because she very rude and aggressively told me she couldn't help me to go somewhere else they weren't going to help me there when she said she didn't say that I told her point blank I had been audio recording and know what she said her whole demeanor changed all of a sudden she was trying to help call around she said I had 2 option talk to grace which I waited to do just that or call quality process so I said ill wait to speak to GRACE the manager and if I don't get anywhere ill call quality process well GRACE refused to talk to me because I audio recorded my experience with ANNA REDZOVIC my only option was to call quality process so hopefully they can help me I firmly do not suggest this branch at all it was one excuse after another after another again they were the only ones that said I didn't meet the requirements I called 1 800 comerica at the end they said to go to the branch I opened the account with.... well don't go there even in a time of worldwide panic they don't care about people.

My wife was in at this location and they told her that they took my son's 42.00 dollars from the state because my name was on the account and I still owe them money and they told me that I owe them 197.00 and they took 200.00 from my business account and my account that I owe money on was 15 years ago and they already wrote it off as bad credit

I've recently had to deal with Comerica bank because of a relatives death. I've been to four different branches and only one of them was pleasant and efficient. I already wasn't banking with them, but I definitely won't now and I would never recommend them.

Went there yesterday and spoke with a manager who was VERY HELPFUL but this one is a little further away from my place, still MAY go there from time to time.... I REALLY miss the wonderful staff at the Fisher Building location, those workers there are really a friendly and helpful staff...LOVE Y'ALL..~~
