my wife and I have been shopping here weekly for the past year. Recently I bought a Necter Collector but unfortunately when I opened up the box the glass was broken (not by me) I bring it in today (18 hours later) the same guy (the owner) was there. I very nicely explained what happene. He looked at me and said "Nope" I said well sir it was broken when I opened up the box. besides I have also remi him of how many bongs, rigs and the vapes I bought every three days from his store. He said "i don't care"! Everyone I'm telling you they are so ungrateful fo there Customer. And the first time I bring something in and you didnt even want to look at it. He is so miserable daily but we delt with that but when he blatantly looks you in the eye, and says I don't care. Everyone don't spend your hard earned money at this place. They do not respect their customers or appreciate their customers. This has nothing to do with the money it Hass to do with the principal. He didn't want to get stuck with a broken piece of glass so he thought that it would be a good idea to give it to one of his customers I guess. His wife is just as rude and miserable. This is not the way you treat your customers especially return your customers. I will tell every single person in my family at my job in my neighborhood at the local ice cream shop. I will let everyone know not to shop with you! You shouldn't treat your customers like crap. Also there vape juice's are fake. They buy it from a china websit. God only knows what they are putting in them bottles.

i love the staff that works there. they are so friendly and even ask about my son every time i come in! & when i bring him in, they absolutely adore him! pricing is also a bonus!

Were supposed to be open at 9 a.m., got there at a quarter till 10, they were not open. I sat & waited for a bit knowing that sometimes the guy doesn't come in till closer to 10. I waited until almost quarter after 10, along with 2 other customers out in the parking lot waiting. He still hadn't showed so I went down the street to Puff City. Open on time & the guy was super nice & helpful.

Tiny treasure in the middle of a busy area . Guys are nice they have kratom ( cheaper then most places ) !! And cigarettes tubes tobacco and lots more cute little store . I'll be back often !

This business is a JOKE! Can't come in and get pall mall cigarettes for almost a week now. I'm taking my business elsewhere. The staff could use some improvements as well. Got real uncomfortable coming in while 'dago' works bc he's always got young wayy too young girls just ' hanging out' . And whoever is responsible for inventory needs to reevaluate their position.

Decent place. The lady who works their nice but she knows very little and is not helpful. It says they open at 9am but that is very rare. Try around 10:30.
