I've been banking here for years, and now all of the sudden they switched the debit cards from Visa to Mastercard. This has been a HUGE inconvenience to me, seeing I now have to update my card information on all my online payments for bills and shopping. I might as well find a new bank at this point since I'm being forced to change all my card information on everything

I went in to see a banker and I sat there for like 15 minutes no one acknowledged me and said hello or asked me if I needed help I had to walk over to somebody's desk and ask for assistance they should greet customers when they come in.

I visited this bank on Thursday. I was patiently waiting for my checks to deposit, I went inside because the atm inside and outside were broken! I simply told the teller I want to see if my check was deposited, the teller said " no, I don't see any deposit, your account is negative....." I was super embarrassed and told her I don't need a balance but thanks, but she had already blurted out the details of my account. That was highly inappropriate and violated my right to privacy, most people ask do you want a print out of your balance, not this lady she offended and embarrassed me! I'll be filing a complaint and never returning to this location on wayne rd!

I have been a member with this bank for at least 10 years. They close frequently. The drive through never has a working teller. I had an experience where my bank went negative their policy is 1 day and if you bring it positive they reverse the nsf peace of mind rebate is what it is called. Well recently I lost my job and had a nsf they charged me 4x @$35 for one transaction the money was added to my account on time. I asked to speak to the manager for 4 days palying phone tag. Finally I called again and spoke with her Amber she stated that the peace or mind rebate is 1 time per year now. I laughed because to no notification had been given and or mailed. I asked her to reverse at least 2 of the nsf fee $70 since only 1 tranaction was negative. She refused and was rude. I explained I will be closing out my account and she said she didn't need to talk to me. Just go to a teller. In today's world everyone is struggling for her to have no empathy or understanding I found that to be very unprofessional. Amber you should definitely polish up your customer service skills if you're going to be in management. I will be going to a different bank one that's not just an inconvenience and a money grab.

I have been to this location only a few times this particular time I was greeted by someone I never met in my life yet seem to know me by referring to me as the problem child in front of everyone, despite me being an adult that has a business checking account. I didn’t think much of it at the time yet I will surely would want to make sure respect is given to all people including the “problem child” and the people who might hide their problems better.
