Please do not bring your child here.
The place is a revolving door of employees, they have teachers out of ratio consistently. They allow the teachers to talk to the children however they feel like, and talk down to parents about their child.
Nothing is ever addressed properly when brought up to management.
The rooms are always messy, or chaotic because the teachers there love to be on their phones and just sit around wile kids go crazy.
Working at Childtime was always very “clique” like. The employees who are their friends can do no wrong, no matter what.
Some sleep wile working, or yell in kids faces, say things to belittle them or are very rough with them.
The select few good employees who love what they do and are there for the children, they either fire because they don’t like them, or chase them away with drama and negativity.
Stay clear of that place for the safety of your child and your own sanity.

The communication here is absolutely terrible. I called 5 times over the course of two weeks to be told several times that I would receive a call back from the woman in charge of registration. She never called. I talked to the receptionist and was FINALLY able to pick up registration paperwork. I was told I would receive an email with the link to pay a registration fee by the end of that day. That was 5 days ago and still nothing. I understand being busy or understaffed but this is just a lack of professionalism at this point. Save yourself the time and energy and take your child elsewhere.

Communication here sucks. They seem like they will find everything wrong just to send your kid home. Like they do not want to watch the kids for the rediculous amount of money they receive. They get that money for the week anyways so why work harder for it right?Rediculous that one child cost as much as a mortgage payment.Uneducated on on what's the difference between a mosquito bite that goes away to ringworm. Some that been in a "school" like environmental for "many" years still can not tell the difference.

Only reason they are getting 1 star is because that's the only way that I could say anything! Not very safe. They never asked for ID anyone could get your child.

This daycare as truly saved my husband and I from spending a fortune on daycare for our son. He has been here since he was about 4 months old, he is now 2. Although we have run into a few personal issues with Childtime, they have always made sure the issue was taken care of right away and made sure it was taken care of up to our standards as well. Things with COVID are very tough on these teachers as we know of the shortage in employees and the help they receive so It's necessary to keep an open mind if things do happen to slip through the cracks on there end or ours as well. Before covid, through COVID and to date, these teachers have managed to educate my son, look after his well being and correct any wrong that may have happened. Ms. Abby, Ms. Chelsea, Ms. Courtney, Ms. Martia and Ms. Danielle have all been incredibly helpful to us. Our son is OBSESSED with Ms. Abby and how interactive she is with him too. I receive phone calls about anything and everything that happens with my son, even if its something that is very minor or he's just having a bad day, they call me to let me know about it. I receive updates on every part of his day through the app they use. I have access to cameras anytime if I wanna peek at how he is doing or to just watch him live and see how he interacts with other children. I couldn't be happier choosing childtime for our son. He loves it here and frankly, so do we.

I love the people here are all really good with the kids. I have my son in the preschool program. I love how there is Camara access and the children are getting exercise outside most days and fed healthy meals. Ithe only thing I would change is the parking lot . It's really small and picking up and dropping off is pretty stressful

My daughter has been going to this Childtime location for about 3 years now and we absolutely love it. We changed school districts just so she can go before/after school care here. Ms. Courtney is absolutely the most kind hearted, professional, caring teacher. She really creates a bond with your child and my daughter absolutely loves her. We get the most wonderful greeting in the morning, the summer camp is amazing with lots of activities and special events and visitors. We are super happy with the level of care our daughter has always received and the communication between the teachers and myself whenever we did have a small issue with something. Everyone has always gone out of their way for us and we just absolutely love this center. It's a true piece of mind when you're sending your child to a center where you know they'll be looked after, their happiness matters, the curriculum is top notch and they're kept safe.

We were extremely nervous about sending out baby to childcare. Our concerns quickly went away after our sons first day at Childtime of Westland. Our son started at Childtime of Westland when he was 3 months old. The staff has been absolutely amazing helping him develop and working with him on motor skills, sensory activities, and learning to eat solids. My husband and I both work full time and we knew our son was safe and loved at all times. Not only was each of the staff members professional, but they were so caring to our sons needs and or our concerns as parent. Everyone was so kind and ALWAYS had a smile on their face during drop off and pick up. We loved seeing our sons daily activities through the app. We can’t say enough good things bout the group of teachers at childtime:)(Our son would have continued attending, but we have since moved to a different state)

Our son has been attending for almost a year now and we absolutely love it here! I can tell he enjoys his time there and love that we get constant updates and photos of their activities throughout the day. The staff has always been wonderful and genuinely cares about the kids.

Granddaughter visiting for the summer and I enrolled her in the Westland center and it has been the best decision. She have been having so much fun and I have been satisfied with the safety precautions and all the activities they offer. The center gives daily updates on activities and provides all the meals and snacks. Great job and would definitely recommend the center. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and how nice they are. Two thumbs up!
