If I could leave zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment to open a business acct and a woman named Christina pasek was suppose to help me. Her first statement was “you know this takes an hour and a half? Yes. It was 3 o’clock (It doesn’t) we start trying to do the acct and she tells me I need multiple ein numbers which isn’t a thing so we can’t do it until I call the irs.. next day I went to another bank and the guy had it done in 20 mins with the one and only ein number you are issued. A few days later I go in to file my dd214 and she’s behind the glass with her back turned and the tellers ask her if she could help me. Yes no problem give me a min. Turns around and sees me and sticks her face from out behind the door to another co worker. “I’m going to lunch.” No christina you are hiding from a problem you started from being lazy. Don’t ever schedule an appointment with her. She’s lazy

I don’t know why they keep this Christina lady still employed at this location. Never ever have I seen such incompetence in an employee to do even the most minor tasks. Literally zero effort and nothing but an attitude from this woman. I’m assuming it’s most likely from her having an awful home life outside of work. No husband, no boyfriend, no prospects. Going nowhere in life but down a hole of eating sugary food to fill a void where love and happiness could have been but she’s just too lazy to quite get off the couch and actually do something about it. Yeah. We can tell by her performance at work. Funny. We went to another chase in another town and opened a business account. It was effortless…

Most friendly people. Walk in on a Saturday and all 3 staff members asked how I am.and have a good day. . AlwYs a great experience coming to this bank. Customer appreciation is huge glad a choosed this bank for my business.

Made an appointment, and still had to wait, lady lied and said she called me to reschedule, she never did. Had to leave because of time. Im actually not going to open an account with them, because of multiple bad experiences ive had with the same bank.The people that I were waiting on, also got sent away empty handed because the lady never told them the correct paperwork to bring.Not even sure if this bank does bankingEdit: also i told them that im a live in carer, and have a busy schedule, yet they still wasted almost an hour of my time. Thankfully no incidents happened because of my absence from home.Absolute losers

The banker answered all of our questions even though she was waiting for her client who went out to bring her documents. Very nice of the banker but unfortunately I forgot to ask her about her name I would have mentioned it here.

Went this location couple times with horrible experience. The staff was so rude. Talking bad about the customer in front me (seems like intentionally), making me so embarrassed, and gave me an attitude as well.

Went there to start an account and the teller told me that they didn't have time to set up an account, when I asked why I was told they didn't have time for me even though I was the only one there. I was then told to come back in two to three weeks. The teller was very rude and quite honestly unprofessional, I've never had an experience like this at any bank.

Been cashing the same check for 2 years at this location that my employers cuts 1 time a month. Never ever had an issue including at other locations. They refused to cash the same exact check today making it extremely inconvenient. The employees are always rude and frankly a pretty ghetto location. Won’t be wasting my time here again. Don’t waste your time.

ATMs never work at this branch. They have four. Only one besides the lobby is functioning.

I was there around 9:22am, there were 2 tellers and one of teaching the other. I waited for a while then I asked " are you guys open?" she says " just a minute " , and kept on teaching the other. I got mad and disappointed, end up leaving and going to different chase on Ford road ,where I was treated right away, people were friendly (unfortunate can't say the same about the cherry hill chase). I called right after and asked to speak with the manager, the same teller answer the phone and said manager was busy and couldn't take my call. really? how can she had the power to do not let me speak with the manager? I believe I deserve an explanation. I have been chase costumer for years and absolutely love it, but don't think what she did was right
