The bank teller that helped us out, her attitude was very rude and not welcoming also forgot to mention she was texting on her phone while she was helping me out VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never coming to the location ever again, also the manager of the bank was standing right there a few feet away and didn’t say anything about the ladies tone. Don’t come here if you are in a good mood and want to walk out upset. Is it that hard for people to be nice for 2-3 minutes? I hope they find more nice bank tellers with a nicer tone, would be a lot better for this location, and maybe would bring in more people to join. So far these last few months chase has been doing down hill.

This branch is good and well run. However be wary of Chase corporate policies. Just got blocked online with new policies forcing seniors, disabled,youth and all others to sign two corporate Chase policies written by their attorneys, saying that if Chase decides not to honor your request for paper documents, they don't have to at any time with notice. Therefore I am blocked from my accounts and charge card access online until I accept these new policies. I have to. No choice. I will be checking with the Michigan Attorney Generals office and AARP if this is legal. It's not right. Customer Service and Branch Manager say there is nothing they can do

Just save yourself the trouble. Don't go here. They always have some sort of issue with every check I cash and they act like it's no big deal because it's not their problem. I'll be switching to a different bank shortly.

Their ATMs give out tore up taped together 20s,garbage all around the outside of building the higher ups must not visit this branch too often.

Another unpleasant weekend at Chase antiquated ATMs...I mean junk ATMs.Today amazingly they're not full or empty of cash they just don't work it took my card and froze up wouldn't give me my cash i couldn't cancel couldn't go backwards couldn't go forwards.Keep your junk ATMs Chase.I'm taking all my money when it comes into your bank and I'm putting it in Huntington.Huntington has brand new ATMs up to date fast don't lock up and are never full or empty.Stay away from ATMs at Chase I'll just add stress to your day.

The people are friendly and try to help everyone out in a timely manner. Sometimes your wait is longer than 2 minutes. The issue with the low marks on others is they want everything now. Some people are impatient

I wish I never had an account with this bank. Will be joining another bank soon. They never answer the phone, the employees don't know what their doing. They let people overdraw your account even though you tell them not to. Then they charge you overdraft fees. They let people help you who are clearly not trained to. I am furious with these people, don't go to this bank.

Nothing infuriates me more than pulling up to an empty drive thru dropping my transaction thru the cylinder and 3 minutes later next car pulls up and they take care of the other guest first.
