Went to this gas station today. Told them how much gas I needed came out to the pump and it's just beeping trying to get their attention. I had to go back into the gas station just for him to say you have to hit it harder. These supposed to be newer pumped your attitudes stink. I would never come here again. How rude of you to have an attitude because I'm trying to pump gas at your broken pump

Gas prices are higher than everyone else. They have no public restroom and during a medical emergency, they refused to let me use the employee one. Employees are nice, management is cooked. Businesses shouldn't be allowed to deny customers use of a toilet.

Huge sign in red says open 24hours. Google also says open 24hrs. I'm not understanding why the door is always locked after 1am but everywhere including the location states it is 24hours.

My review is only based on the pumps and the available offers at this station. I don't go inside for commodities so I can't speak to that. I give this place four stars because you can save $0.05 with the BP me app and get upside does give a few more cents off. One big issue for me is that you can't pump the gas and leave it be, the clip that holds the lever for some of the pumps do not exist.

I have been going to this store for years, and in all my years of being alive I have never met such a nice young man! The tall white gentleman with a beard and long hair who works nights on Saturdays makes me smile and leave feeling better than I was walking in EVERYTIME! I’m not sure what kind of pay he gets but it should be more! I will definitely keep returning back to this clean and organized store

Lost wallet at BP Newburg & Warren, cashier of foriegn decent accuses me of destroying store and Police arriving. LIES???... the so called manager told me his cousin said I was the problem for losing my wallet in their rented establishment. . .

If I could give this place no stars that would be great. I have a service dog that goes everywhere I go I have her certificate and all that she needs. I have taken her in here so many times but today at 5:24pm on 10/26 was told to keep my pet outside lol this place cannot refuse a service dog

I have always had nothing but good experiences with this BP location. Extremely friendly service. Clean well kept station. Tonight I returned for a small dispute. Wanted to make an exchange for a charger I bought. The store doesn't accept returns which is understandable. I thought this could possibly be resolved if I spoke to the manager of the location. The clerk refused to give me a name or contact information for a supervisor. The clerk then lied and said he didn't know who the manager was. I threw a hissy fit. For that I am sorry. Although I thought this was completely unprofessional. I can't ask for contact information or name of a supervisor? I was thinking it was just common courtesy and would hope it was their business practice that just wasn't followed in this one instance. I am still giving this location 5 stars. It's deserved it.

Stopped by on my way to work this morning and the pumps wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Went in to pay but there was no one there, I’m fairly certain that the clerk was the guy outside digging through the trash cans for bottles. I left to go across the street to the Meijer gas station, paid with my debit card no problem! Will be going to Meijer from now on.

New management has taken over and is extremely rude to customers after that he refuses service . I was trying to explain to the clerk i said the wrong pump the new “owner “ i guess was talking very loudly over me telling the cashier to penalize me $5 for a simple mistake , joke or not i wasn’t laughing . I asked if he could “please be quiet , you’re talking over me “ to which he said “NO , REFUND HER MONEY SHE’S BEING RUDE” even though HE was the rude one by speaking over me .
