I’m not happy about my bill as it has more than doubled. I was paying $50 a month for Metro PCS. Adam the store manager now in my eyes reminds me of a strong arm used car salesman. He told me my bill would not change it’s now $112 a month. I don’t need talk Mexico as I don’t know anyone there or speak Spanish. He sold me all the “extras” a free tablet, free spare android phone. Now I see I’m really paying for it every month with my bill more than doubling. I will cancel and go back to Metro PCS today. He promised that my signal would be better—- wrong Boost was the same not good in some areas. The metro Detroit area and suburbs had bad spots just like PCS. Stay away from this used car salesman he will tell you anything to make the SALE!!!! All I wanted was one new iPhone and my $50 dollar plan. Goodbye to Boost!!! And Hello to Metro PCS. No refunds on any phones/ tablets/ accessories you buy from Boost.They lock the phone you bought from them. You cannot take your IPHONE to T-Mobile and switch the SIM card. They will not unlock it.

Wow, my experience here was amazing! Adam gave me a great deal for me, my daughter, and my mom. This is the only store I’ll ever come to from now on. Definitely recommend coming here and make sure you ask for Adam.

I really like this store they give me good deals they’re always hooking me up especially Jamal, Abdul and Abe Abe is my friend so as Jamal I pretty much work here. They always hook me up. I appreciate y’all this is the really good store. I recommend come buy your phones here I really do like this store. I’m always at the store every day. Because there’s so nice??
