I went to big lots 5/16/24 to buy 2 patio chairs, I found one but when I asked Jason a very kind gentleman he did the impossible to find me the set, he went to the truck that was just came with new furniture and bring me my patio chairs. Thank you Jason my mom was really happy with the chairs. You are a very hard worker.

They never know what they are doing when it comes to coupons, the black lady who was suppose to be some kind of manger was in the store cussing up a storm and then of course had to help us and wasted 20 mins because she or the guy in the chair waiting on us couldn’t figure out how to do the coupon. Very infuriating going here and having trouble everytime.

There is nothing really wrong with this discount store, but there isn't anything really great either. Like most stores of this ilk, the place is cramped and cluttered. There are things kind of everywhere, in all the tools and crannies of the building. The staff are nice and whatnot, but the place is hard to navigate in spots.

I can VERY EASILY spend WAY more time than my schedule permits in here!
can anyway!!! Oh man! I love this store! Clean, organized and lots of clearance items. Just bought two REALLY nice Martha Stewart memory foams pillows, for 20 $ they are a lifesaver for my sore neck!

Drove over to this Big Lots to pickup an item and was totally shocked...stuff in boxes everywhere... aisles filled with boxes. The left over Christmas items need to be seriously discounted to move them. Walked around the store and wondered what was the plan. I understand they are understaffed but please, to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a few items and pickup one item...was not an efficient use of my time.

It certainly is a clearance center. Great deals when you find something you want...and often things you didn't know you needed.They were really short handed the last time I went. Right before Christmas, and the store was quite the mess. Manager said he had three workers call off at the same time. Can't run a business effectively with no staff. Felt bad for them.
