We went in to buy a watch but came out with other items instead.

I went to big lots 5/16/24 to buy 2 patio chairs, I found one but when I asked Jason a very kind gentleman he did the impossible to find me the set, he went to the truck that was just came with new furniture and bring me my patio chairs. Thank you Jason my mom was really happy with the chairs. You are a very hard worker.

There is nothing really wrong with this discount store, but there isn't anything really great either. Like most stores of this ilk, the place is cramped and cluttered. There are things kind of everywhere, in all the tools and crannies of the building. The staff are nice and whatnot, but the place is hard to navigate in... read full comment
