I called prior to bringing my truck up to have a leak repaired and explained that I needed to have this done quickly, they said they understood before I came. While waiting to have the repair done, the time show went from 2.5 hours to 4.5 hours 15 minutes before my repair was originally scheduled to be done. After almost 6 hours my truck was finally finished. Just to leave and find out they don’t check tire pressure even with my instrument panel showing another one of my tires has low pressure. I’ve purchased the last 5 sets of tires I needed for my vehicles from Belle Tire, and with the recent service they’ve provided I will not spend another dollar at this company.

5 1/2 hrs and still couldn't install tires!!! Car was left with them terrible service with no communication at all.

I bought new Tires and a warranty along with thousands of dollars in other repairs.I Had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. They were closing in a hour so they wanted me to leave the car on a Saturday for a five minute repair.
Would not recommend this shop who doesn't care about their customers or have time to honor their warranty.

I went earlier this year twice to try to do an alignment. Both times the alignment was not fixed. $150 for no service. I gave up after going for a few months only to take it to Firestone for them to actually do it right. Waster of money and time.

The low tire light came on due to the weather getting colder. There were a lot of other people stopping by for the same reason. It is a great service for them to offer free air with automatic pressure settings. Services like this make the decision of where to purchase tires in the future much easier.

Had an appointment a 8am for tires, alignment, oil change, it's now 5 hours later and I hadn't heard anything, called them to ask and he said give them another hour....don't bother setting an appointment, it means nothing.

Appointments are useless. Even with leaving for 30 minutes after dropping off for a single tire replacement, and having an appointment, they still hadn't done anything by the time we returned.
Shop local - not a chain like this I suppose!
