“They're a bit pricey, but they know what they're doing. Other sites are expensive too, and they do rubbish. Abe and Ali amazing service, they explain everything in detail, they show you the part to be change, they look for ways to benefit both parties in terms of labor and price. As a female this places sometimes makes me feel overwhelmed, not this place. Definitely would and will recommend this place.”
“My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Beth at Howe for many years and every time we go it’s always a great experience, we drive 40+ minutes to bring our damage to Howe!!!
I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Whoever works in the back does an amazing job as every time we’ve picked up a vehicle it looks as if the damage never happened! They set a high standard and it shows!!!”
“If I could give Keith’s 10 stars, I would! I took my 08 Escape to Keith’s for exhaust replacement and brake work (pads, rotors, and calipers on both sides). Work was completed in under 24 hours and for considerably less than another shop had quoted me for just the exhaust work. Keith’s will have my business for eternity.”

“Hello, Khalil is amazing. He knows the work very well. I love the part where he explained the work. He is very patient and understanding.
I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“I went to this Midas as a first time customer. I used to go to Southfield Muffler but it was too far for me.
Regardless, my main contact was Seth. He was very open and communicative about what my car needed. I went in for what I thought was a Dirty Body Throttle.
Turned out, it was a busted Turbo. The original window was a month, by that time I had given up hope. Stating how some cars "go vroom vroom. I just vroom."
Thankfully, due to Seth's diligence, him and his team found a part within 48 hours, and fixed my car soon after.
The mechanic spent his entire day, to the determent of other customers, working on my car to get it to me same day.
I am truly grateful to Seth and the mechanics at this Midas. Highly recommended. Telling my family all about them to continue my new found loyalty to them.”

“Ron was great, came out the next day (when I asked, wasn't urgent). He was able to fix everything I needed him to. My timing chain was off, he gave me recommendations where to get that fixed. Since that isnt something that can be done on the spot. I ended up choosing the shop he works at bc he is trustworthy. He explained everything throughly and didnt mind I was hovering (as I was interested in what was going on with my car) 100% will recommend to anyone needing a nice trustworthy person to fix their car or truck!”

“OkHow I am going to start the review is with this car my 2006 porsche cayenne that I bought for my wife 2 years ago from a porsche dealership in Washington. Living in my area we don't have a porsche dealership close by and my wife only put maybe 5000 a year since we got it and I had it at the porsche dealership in ann arbor for a recall and oilchange one time. 2 weeks ago we noticed that the car needed some attention and service and I knew about nas services as he looked at the car one time and cleared some codes on the car. NAS setup an oppointment for the car and did a complete diagnostic test and kept me updated on repairs and service on car and the type of original good OEM parts he uses but most importantly is the knowledge and fluidity of the process there was no question I had that I didn't get an answer he is knowledgeable honest and most importantly fair. We got the vehicle back and it drives way better than before even if it is not a newer car..The point is that I got the same experience as being at the dealership but more personal and more honest than dealership it is great that we have a shop like that in our area thank you nas for all your help.”

“I had a great experience at Collision Works recently. I hit a pot hole and about one month later the panel next to my head light fell off without me knowing. I went to a shop where I had had some work done in the past and the guy said he would order the part and replace it. Four months later, after broken commitment after broken commitment, I went to Collision Works. Danielle said she would order the part. The next day it was in and I got my panel replaced. I believe the reason the big chain guy jerked me around is because it was a $150 job. Whereas Danielle said: Even small jobs deserve to be fixed.”

“Brought my truck in for a starter. They did the job quickly and thoroughly for a reasonable price, didn't try to upsell me anything. Also have been here to get tires plugged and to have a leak looked at. They didn't fix the leak, told me to take it back to where I had the axle replaced because that's where it was leaking from. They could have just done the work and charged me again, I'd have not known it was related. Good place.”

“Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”
