“Maintenance Issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Didn’t appreciate the fact he seemed to be rushing and carelessly left screws on my carpet that if not seen I could’ve stepped on resulting in a horrible injury. So that knocked a star ⭐️ off.”

“Having called SkyGate my home for the past five years I can only leave a 5 star review for Stacey, Tiffany, Tim, Cody, Chris, Paul, Mary, and every other employee who has made sure that my stay at SkyGate, owned and managed by Nadeer Group, was as enjoyable as it could be. Rent is extremely affordable. The building, although not new, has been maintained and updated accordingly after Nadeer Group acquired the property. I have never had any type of issue with maintenance. They are pet friendly here and do really care about pets as if they were their own. I would NOT be moving had it not been for extenuating family circumstances. The reviews that are negative for SkyGate have to be from people who have created their own storms and got mad when it rained!
Edit to my review. I received my security deposit refunded in full less than a month after moving. Any review stating that their deposit wasn't returned especially in a timely manner needs to be considered a red flag.”

“I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”

“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“Jessica in the office is awesome! The new management seems to be very involved and focused on resident satisfaction and care! Love having a storage in unit in building. They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and emergencies the same day! My AC went out and I had a new one the same day.”
