I ordered an outfit and it was lovely but the color wasn't true to the online photo and would not work for my son's wedding. Andaaz would not let me return it. They required I correspond by email and put me through several customer service agents, each one offering a little more discount but never acknowledging or explaining why they wouldn't take it back. I finally gave up.

Such a wonderful experience. Very helpful owner, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, helped me stay in my price range, and was very personable. Not to mention, such beautiful pieces from clothing to jewelry. Will definitely return.

My moms coworkers husband owns this store and I needed a dress for a function and all the online stores take about a month to come and I don't have enough time for that. He's kind of sassy but he means well and we paid a pretty good price for the dresses. He actually altered one of the outfits I bought for free and took the padding out for me and I thought that was nice. He tells you what the current fashion is and also shows you what colors you want and such.

I am so glad I found this store. The owner of the store actually understood what I was looking for and helped me pick a right dress. He even stayed after hours to assist me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Extremely rude! My car wouldn’t start i was waiting on a towing truck had not even been waiting 5 min and owner comes out yelling and being rude! If thats how he treats people outside of the store i cant imagine how rude he must be inside

Very pleasant experience. Owner was helpful and knowledgable about events and what to wear. I'm sure some things were lost in translation, but overall a great experience. Hopefully tailoring works out just as well !
