It’s sad to look here and see bad reviews. Some people only seem to give a review if they have had a less than satisfactory experience. Amazon animal clinic has been my Vet since 2020. I have brought roughly 110 pups to them for vaccines, dew claw removal and tails docked out of ten or so litters of Rottweiler pups we’ve had. They by far beat any of their competitors prices out of all the clinics and hospitals we’ve tried to go to in the Detroit metro area and even gave us a group rate. They take care of all my adult dogs too and as a matter of fact we have an appointment tomorrow. Always friendly and flexible. We will be having them update our big Rottweiler on everything before he goes for his pet passport and we will be moving overseas. We’ve become almost on a friendly basis with them and we will miss them when we go. Thank you again Amazon animal clinic. You got us in even during the pandemic and have been solid ever since.

They gave me an appointment the same day I called because it was sort of an emergency. They took care of all the cat’s problems at a reasonable price. Very nice people

Just moved to the area and i have been through 2 vets already by far this is the best one i have been too. They truly care about our pets and are so sweet and gentle with them. I had both my cats there. Will definitely keep going back

Terrible vet, super rude, dirty facilities, and they truly do not care about their customers or their patients. Do not waste your time coming here, especially if your pet's life is on the line. They deserve better.

Totally useless vet, stating, "I can't help you" while my cat was literally dying. Took my cat in there because there are no emergency vets near my house (closest is 30+ minutes away). All I asked for was IV fluids for my cat, nothing more. I even said I could administer it myself (have done so in the past) and the vet still said, "I can't help you." How can you not help someone who's clearly distraught while their cat is literally dying. My cat didn't even make it to the emergency vet.

Does not do the proper blood care of an animal and when they say that they see bloating on your animal they automatically tell you to give them miralax I asked if my female dash home of 10 and 1/2 years old could have been pregnant they didn't even want to say do you want to do a test we can take an x-ray to see if she is pregnant I had to put her down today two days before Christmas because I took her to an emergency vet and they told me that she had assist a size of a grapefruit that was cancer so they told me that she had 30 to 45 minutes left of her life I just took my Dotson to the vet in September to have these tests done I highly recommend anyone to go to a different vet I will never bring another pet back to them again sincerely Laura Queen today's date is 12: 23_/23 she would have been 11 years old and one for 24 you guys know who I'm talking about my vet my dog and her name was Daisy May zugaj I am looking into taking actions against them for not giving my Dog the proper care she deserved I will never recommend anyone to take their pets here stay away and I mean far away from them they don't deserve a license to work on animals at all they act like they care about animals they don't the only things the care about is money my best advice is to find a different vet if I knew this before taking Her some place elsewhere I will never recommend or bring my animals to them ? ian so heartbroken she wasn't just my Dog she was our family ? THANKS For Not Helping Our beautiful Daughter and Sister get the care she needed now all of my other animals are going into a depression because they did not take time out and help her I have already contacted channels two and seven to see if they wanted to take on the story I also told them about other animals that did not get the proper care at Amazon animal clinic

PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!!!!!! me and my mother took our 11 year old miniature Dash hound here in august due to her bloating and not using the bathroom and all they did was blood work and felt her stomach and said she was constipated and told us to give her MiraLAX to help with her using the bathroom did not offer any type of ultrasound or xray or any other testing our poor baby went through so many ups and downs in the past two moths and this morning she took a turn for the worse we had to rush her to a emergency vet as soon as we got her their they rushed her in the back and took a xray of her stomach our baby had a grapefruit size tumor in her stomach that was cancer and we had to put her down as they told us that was the best thing for her because she would have not made it another 30-45 minutes i feel as if this place would have offered some other type of testing for our baby Daisy we could have started treatment for her and could have had some more time with our sweet Angel

Took my cat here to be euthanized since he was very sick and old. The vet did something wrong and used 4-5 shots (not including calming meds) and was not working, which they then had to put the last one in his heart. It took way too many shots and was unbearable to watch my cat go through that, I've never had this happen with any animal being put down. Do NOT go here I will never be able to forget my cat didn't cross the rainbow bridge peacefully!

Gave my dog a vaccine without authorization while my dog was at day care facility. Vet had no idea that my dog has had severe reactions to vaccines in the past. Looking into reporting this to the state board.

Amazon Animal Clinic,DOES NOT Take Care Of Animals The Way They should Get They Deserve The Proper Care They Deserve And Come Hell Or High Water I Am Gonna Let The Whole World Know the experience,I had with them I Had a 10Year old miniature Female Dash Houd that would of turned 11 on 1-4-24 but her life got taken away by them on December December 23 2023 In September I took her there for Drinking a lot of water all day and night she was also constipated they done blood work on her and said she had a thyroid problem they gave her medication for that the vet said give her MiraLAX for her constipashon she was doing ok until we had to rush her to the emergency vet and they did an X-ray the emergency vet said that she had way too much air in her stomach and they did an X-ray on her you are and they found out she had cancer and they said it would be best to put her down R.I.P Dai sy Zugaj we Love you
