“The location, unit, facility are great. Having to drive 20 miles to get my lock, not so great.
For context, I rented a unit in West Olive and was told I needed to come to the Norton Shores office to get my lock (though the sign in the entryway says the lock was on the unit and I needed to call to get the code). It wasn't all that big of a deal since I am moving from spring lake and needed to come home anyway BUT still an inconvenience. Maybe take the sign down or update it if the procedure has changed :)”
