Thought I had reserved a unit through their site on a Tuesday with a 'move in' date for Friday. I realized on Thursday that I never got a confirmation email or call, so I called and left a voicemail and submitted a request/form through their 'contact us' section of their website.
It is now Monday afternoon and I still have not heard from anyone. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

Very clean, very nice units. Price was about the same as all the other units I called on. Now owned by Ironwood Self storage in walker. Ideal location for me too.
