customer service is terrible. super rude, attitide the second they answered the phone. made me sound like a inconvenience all 3 times i’ve called. get parts from other places this place is horrible they don’t deserve the money

Extremely rude!!! I called because we were having a problem with the parts we ordered just to be cursed out by one of the employees unbelievable customer service! 0 out of 5 will never come back again

Bought a motor from here motor was non running once i had it in the car called for refund they said that I could return it brought the motor to them and was told they don’t do refunds

Avoid! Expect to be insulted out of nowhere within mere moments. Just as unprofessional as I'd heard about. Make sure to not let on that you might be knowledgeable in the item you're looking for... you'll get the classic "do you know who I am?" arrogance. And good grief do not question their computer system, even if you literally give them the exact part number before they rattle it off after fumbling with their system. Not worth your time!

I will NEVER in life set foot in there again. I walked in the door to stereotypes. Every conversation started with "so this black guy" as he mentioned a million times how he's not racist. I don't condone that behavior and I encourage anyone of color to boycott his business

Needed a alternator for my 2003 Mazda Protégé5 and new was $250. Looked online and found one here for $55. The person pulled the parts for me and made the situation easy. Threw it in and fired it up and it ran fine. The vehicle has 280,000 and spending 250 I feel is to much. Thank you for your help.
