To Management of BP/Mp, West Olive, MI: I stopped at your station between 11-11:30am on Sept 4, 2021. I stop here often on the way to see my horse. I stopped today, for some beer, because I had just put my dog down, and was heading to go bury him. So that is why I was very upset at the way I was treated by the woman who was at the counter. I couldn't find my Driver's license and so I asked if my sister could buy it, she said "no". (Why? She is of age and had her lisc.) I was just trying to say I understand because I used to worked at Wesco for 2 years. But she just kept going off, so I went outside. I found my license, came in to show it to her, and she said "I'm not going to sell it to you now because of your attitude."... now I wasn't that rude, I was distressed, however. I request that you check the surveillance video for that time. I don't want her fired, we all need to make a living. But she does need to be reminded about courtesy, and treating people with respect.. I was shaking from grief, perhaps my attitude was curt, and she didn't like me, for her own reasons. But asking me to leave, and banning me, was way out of line. Your former patron. Barbara Hanaford.
