I brought my EGO chainsaw in after the tensioner stopped working. Thomas and the other service guy who's name I'm forgetting, got me a replacement that same week.Then I dropped a tree on my bar and they got me the part in a couple days. I was able to get my apple trees in before they leafed out thanks to their dedication to make each customer happy.Thank guys, I really appreciate your efforts!!!

The remodel looks great.If you don't want to get lost in the big orange store down the road, this is the place!And I'm always surprised by what I can find here. Almost everything you need to complete your projects, and plenty of other fun stuff too

Well organized store with good prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thomas get's an A+ for attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills! And, he helped out with the killer Big Foot we bought, whoot whoot!! We will definitely be back. ???

Unrealistic prices on the propane grills.... Not going to spend $800+ on a propane grill to be used maybe at most a dozen times a year. Not everyone needs to impress their friends and neighbors.

Gave 1 because 0 not available. Had UPS return authorized but they could not scan a QR code. Told me to get a bar code instead. Have not found one.

Wouldn't take anything here for service.. chainsaw was there for a week was told part be in early following week called thursday for update at first couldn't find my saw... be second time they couldn't find it. Picked it up nonfixed took it to another sthil service and was completed same day. If you take stuff here be serviced I'd have least a paper trail

Stopped in for a lawn tractor oil filter, the manager helped us right out with looking up the equivalent part number from the photo we provided of what we had. The other staff within the store were also very friendly as we past them in the store.

Went in there twice in the span of 8 hours and got the help we needed and the bolts for my jeep did not have ti return anything
