Had warranty work done on my 300C. Gave me a loaner to take care of my errands. Bryan always gets us in quickly around our schedule. The 4 office gals Ellen, Mary, Janice, and Shawna couldn't be any sweeter.

I had my equinox in there 5 times now for the same issues. I’ve even had other people who have felt and heard it even your one girl Mary think smelled the burning. But yet you guys tell me nothings wrong. My trans jerks ,smell burning oil like I’ve had noises in the engine when I start it up. Then I have a noise underneith. But nothing they say. My car sat in that drive in bay for 30 mins and then the guy took it back and was gone for a few mins and back. There is no way he had enough time to check any of that. Also the lady you have running the service she is very rude. She told me since I’ve been there 5 times it’s time to seek a different place to have it looked at. She was just rude. And then I ask for a paper of why I was there and she got rude with me. Told me go get it from the cashier. Which I did which she is very nice the lady that was at the cashier. The last time I was there the transmission guy was telling I think her name was Mary. That there’s nothing wrong. And Mary said can he take you for a ride and show you the noises he’s hearing or feeling and he’s like look I’m a trans guy i drove it it’s fine no I’m not going for a ride With him. He didn’t think I heard him being cocky toward me. Even Mary also said she smelled the burning oil smell or whatever it is. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated there. I send people there because you guys are usually friendly. My friend Lisa bought an equinox there and my dr went there and got a Tahoe because of me telling how good you guys are. But that’s not gonna happen anymore. Please tell your techs and mechanics to take timeWith vehicles instead of pushing it off. And tell your service lady to be nice toPeople. I had a hip replacement and can’t walk good without a cane. So I need a vehicle that is running good and I’ve been extremely upset of how I was treated yesterday. Thank you guys for the other kind people that have worked or worked there that are nice. But I will not be back there for anything ever and I will spread the word of how I was treated. Many prayers to your employees that maybe the lord would speak to their hearts to make them wanna be more nicer to people. God bless.

Don our salesman was top notch. Will refer him to friends.However, we had an appointment to pick up our car and an hour later we are still sitting waiting for the finance guy because he had a walk-in at the same time as our appointment. Not very impressed with this. Then when signing papers we noticed a $500 discrepancy. He rudely told us to wait in Dons office in another building while he fixed it. After another 30 minutes Don came to try to explain - at that point the sales Manager should have come to explain and apologize to us. Do you want our business? We used the same dealer for over 20 years and I’m not finding a dealership that seems to care about customer service like they did. They were unbeatable.

I was in need of a car and only had so much down and bad credit and was trying to find a new Honda but the Honda dealers wanted way to much down and way to much a month and eventually came across a local dealer Team Hodges that had a car that was in my price point. I found the car on their website and sent a request in. They contacted me right away and set me up with Lesley Murchie. I was so nervous because I never really purchased a new car from a dealer before but they made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed. I purchased a 2017 chevy cruze they had sitting on their lot and was driving the car that day. My old car was dying and was on its last leg. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to make it to work but the chevy has been getting me to work for about 6 months now with no problems. Lesley was very helpful, super nice and professional. I will definitely recommend her as your first agent in finding a new vehicle. Not because she is sales driven but she is down to earth, and very friendly to work with. She isn't just out there to get a sale out of you but understands your needs and what you are looking for. I was happy with my purchase and am happy to be rebuilding my credit from past experiences and Team Hodges made this a possibility. I enjoy driving my Cruze and it's been a decent car overall. I will definitely be trading this car in for a new one at some point and Team Hodges will be my first choice. After spending a lot of times burning up my credit score to find dealers cant help me, I should have went with Team Hodges first. Thanks again.

Team Hodges is awesome! Nice employees, very clean, polite never a problem... I went there for n oil change they did a great job but when I went out to my car I was like is that my car? They washed or sprayed it down it was clean I was so surprised n yet happy... Thank u team hodges for takin good car of me keep up the great work ya'll n keep those smiles goin....

So this place gets 3 stars for 2 reasons. For their parts department, they get 5 stars for being awesome and helpful. However, the Dodge brand gets 1 star for discontinuing parts for the 2011-14 model years of Dodge Chargers. So while the service is awesome, you might come to find out they can't get a part for your Dodge.

The sales team, particularly Don Weldon did an amazing job helping us pick the options we wanted and customizing the truck that we bought. When we couldn't come to pick up the truck in person, they were able to have it delivered to our doorstep!
