In response to Mark Quillen's review, Murphy USA has nothing to do with Walmart's offer at one time to give a 3 cent discount. Walmart and Murphy USA are separate companies and it was Walmart's decision to pull the discount, not Murphy USA's. If you are going to give a poor rating for this, give it to Walmart.
