Muffler Man of West Branch is always there for us when we have break downs while at hunting camp! We've used them several times beenig over an hour from home and they always provide dependable, affordable, and timely service! Just had to use them again this week amd they came thru once again! Thanks for being there!!

I had over 1,000 $ of work done a few weeks ago and when I dropped it off I explained that something was up its front end and I wanted brakes checked . It was also stalling on me. I got a call back and was told "u need new tires" I said well yeah I know that but what caused it? Something is up with front end. Well 1090$ later car was ready to pick up. I was told I got a front end alignment for free , but the good tires on rear were not rotated to the front like they should have been. I called and asked if that's why it was pulling so hard to the right and was told yes. I couldn't even loosen the lug nuts#1. I was waiting for the new tires to come in so the good tires had to be put in front, I took it back so they could do that. On my way downstate to have tires put on my back right brake fell apart. I even asked if the brakes were OK and I was told yes. So they replaced my back bearings but didn't even check the breaks (I'm assuming). I'm so mad because this sooo should have been done , I mean they did have my car for a week
