i was charge for supreme plus when selecting regular unleaded. was told owner needed to review and would call me. i was provided manager Austin’s phone number for follow up which i have called almost daily since incident and have received zero call back and no one answers phone number they provided to me. Have reached out to ExxonMobile as well with zero response.

The lady with red hair gave the worst service closing all restrooms at 7 pm on Friday night and was rude to the customers and co- worker I witnessed. I can appreciate a clean restroom, the timing of a wet floor causing the closure at a popular stopping point, seems counter intuitive to good business
